Crises in business organizations are used as the main target of analysis. The course identifies the main factors contributing to crises. The moral issues of corporate behavior and the role of leaders in crisis situations are considered. Attention is paid to the issue of crisis communication management. The role of emotions and emotional intelligence is discussed. The importance of non-judgmental learning about and from crises is emphasized. The course also offers students work on case studies based on real organizational crises. The role of trainings for prevention of the main types of organizational crises is outlined.
