The content of the academic discipline is presented as a system of trainings and case studies. Key terms in intercultural education are included: culture, identity, stereotypes and prejudices, cultural misunderstandings, education in human/children’s rights, education in tolerance.
The trainings provide opportunities for expressing subjective views when discussing themes – they are theoretical-oriented as well as experience-oriented.
The focus is on the reflection of the teamwork - it is not about achieving consensus, but about taking into account each individual idea in the process of problem solving.
